Charles A. Tamuleviz is a member
of the Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Utah bars. Mr. Tamuleviz
graduated from the College of the Holy Cross (B.A. 1980) and earned
his juris doctor at Suffolk University School of Law (J.D., cum laude 1983).
He brings over twenty years of civil and criminal litigation
experience to the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tamuleviz
served with the United States Department of Justice, including
nine years as an Assistant United States Attorney in the United
States Attorney's Office and time as senior litigation counsel.
He has received Martindale-Hubbell's "AV" rating
which is the highest rating an attorney can earn from Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Tamuleviz is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the American
Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the
Roger Williams American Inn of Court, and the St. Thomas Moore Society. He practices in the areas
of white-collar criminal defense, medical malpractice, product
liability, and personal injury litigation. Mr. Tamuleviz is admitted
to practice in Rhode Island, the U.S. District Court of Rhode Island,
the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts,
Utah, and the U.S. District Court of Utah. He is a partner at Tamuleviz,
Hultquist & Bianchi.

Christopher E. Hultquist
is a member of the Rhode Island and
Massachusetts bars. Mr. Hultquist graduated from Boston College
(B.A., cum laude 1990) and Suffolk University School of Law
(J.D., cum laude 1994). He has worked for over ten years
in the areas of medical malpractice, pharmaceutical litigation,
wrongful death, and personal injury litigation.
Mr. Hultquist is a member of the Rhode Island Bar
Association, the American Bar Association, the Association of
Trial Lawyers of America, and the Rhode Island Trial Lawyers Association.
He is admitted to practice in Rhode Island, the U.S. District
Court of Rhode Island, the U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit,
and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Mr. Hultquist is a partner
at Tamuleviz, Hultquist and Bianchi and lives in Narragansett with
his wife and three children.

Gil A. Bianchi, Jr. is a member
of the Rhode Island bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S.
District Court of Rhode Island. He graduated from Connecticut College
(B.A., cum laude 1996) and Boston University School of Law (J.D. 2000).
Mr. Bianchi works in the firm’s
practice areas of medical malpractice, product liability, personal
injury, and real estate litigation. He is a member of Rhode
Island Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Association
of Trial Lawyers of America, the Rhode Island Trial Lawyers Association,
and the Roger Williams American Inn of Court. Mr. Bianchi is a partner
at Tamuleviz, Hultquist & Bianchi
and lives in North Kingstown with his wife and four children.
